How can I check the current balance or transaction activity?

  • To check your prepaid debit card account balance or transaction activity, call our Service Center.

What happens if I don't retrieve my entire card account balance?

  • Any remaining balance will be reported and remitted as unclaimed property to the appropriate state, in accordance with and after a period of time defined by that state's escheatment laws.
  • After we turn over the funds to the state, we'll have no further liability to you for the funds. You'll need to apply to the appropriate state agency to reclaim them. For more information, call our Service Center.

How do I change the address on my prepaid debit card account?
