Your Bank of America prepaid debit card account has been closed and your card can no longer be used. You may retrieve any remaining funds by contacting our Service Center to request a check.

How can I check the current balance or transaction activity?
- To check your prepaid debit card account balance or transaction activity, call our Service Center.
What happens if I don't retrieve my entire card account balance?
- Any remaining balance will be reported and remitted as unclaimed property to the appropriate state, in accordance with and after a period of time defined by that state's escheatment laws.
- After we turn over the funds to the state, we'll have no further liability to you for the funds. You'll need to apply to the appropriate state agency to reclaim them. For more information, call our Service Center.
